These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Resin Flooring Experts LLC to our residential and commercial customers in Colorado. Please read them carefully before accepting any estimate or commencing a project with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting an estimate, signing a proposal, paying a deposit, or allowing Resin Flooring Experts LLC to begin work on your property, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Resin Flooring Experts LLC in the state of Colorado unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by an authorized representative of our company.

2. Services

Resin Flooring Experts LLC provides professional flooring services for residential and commercial properties in Colorado. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Residential epoxy flooring systems
  • Commercial and industrial epoxy flooring systems
  • Polished concrete preparation and finishing
  • Pool deck coatings and resurfacing
  • Patio coatings and outdoor concrete coatings
  • Surface preparation, grinding, and repairs as required for the project scope

The specific products, colors, finishes, and application methods to be used on your project will be described in your written estimate or proposal. All work is performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines, subject to site conditions.

3. Estimates and Project Scope

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are valid for a limited period as noted on the estimate. Estimates may be updated if site conditions, material costs, or project requirements change before work begins.

The project scope is defined by the written estimate or proposal you approve. Any work, materials, or services not clearly listed in the estimate are considered additional and may result in change orders and extra charges. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive concrete repairs or crack filling not visible at the time of inspection
  • Moisture mitigation if excessive moisture is discovered in the slab
  • Removal of unexpected coatings, adhesives, or floor coverings
  • Changes to color, finish, or design after materials have been ordered
  • Additional areas or square footage requested by the customer

Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented and approved in writing by both parties before the additional work is performed. Revised pricing will be communicated and must be accepted prior to proceeding.

4. Payment Terms and Deposits

Unless otherwise stated in writing, our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance of the estimate or proposal to secure materials and scheduling.
  • The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the project, unless a different schedule is specified in your written agreement.
  • We accept the payment methods outlined on your estimate, proposal, or invoice (for example, cash, check, or approved electronic payment).

Late payments may be subject to fees, interest charges, and collection costs as allowed by Colorado law. Resin Flooring Experts LLC reserves the right to pause work, withhold warranties, or delay future services if payments are not made when due.

In the event of non-payment, we may pursue all remedies available, including the filing of a mechanic’s lien in accordance with Colorado law.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We will work with you to schedule your project on mutually agreeable dates. All scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, and jobsite readiness. Any dates provided are good-faith estimates and not guaranteed completion dates.

Resin flooring and polished concrete systems are highly sensitive to temperature, humidity, and moisture. We may need to reschedule or pause work if site or weather conditions are not suitable for proper installation or curing. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any needed schedule changes.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential costs related to delays (such as loss of use, scheduling of other trades, or travel costs).
  • Additional visits required solely due to site inaccessibility or lack of readiness may result in extra charges.

If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Short-notice cancellations or rescheduling may result in a fee to cover labor, mobilization, or material costs already incurred.

6. Warranties and Limitations

Resin Flooring Experts LLC stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be described in your written proposal or warranty document. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our warranties are limited to repair or, at our option, replacement of the affected area of the coating or finish.

Warranties do not cover damage, failure, or defects caused by conditions outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Improper use, abuse, impact, or heavy point loads beyond normal design expectations
  • Substrate movement, cracking, moisture vapor transmission, or structural issues
  • Hydrostatic pressure, flooding, or water intrusion from any source
  • Chemical spills, hot tire pickup, or exposure to substances not compatible with the coating system
  • Failure to follow recommended cleaning or maintenance instructions
  • Alterations, repairs, or coatings applied by others after our work is completed

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A WRITTEN WARRANTY SIGNED BY Resin Flooring Experts LLC, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Any specific rights or remedies provided by Colorado law will apply in addition to these terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality installation, you agree to the following responsibilities unless otherwise arranged in writing:

  • Clear the work area of furniture, vehicles, storage items, and other belongings before our crew arrives, unless removal is specifically included in your estimate.
  • Provide access to electricity, water, lighting, and restrooms during working hours.
  • Keep pets, children, and other individuals away from the work area for their safety and to protect the installation.
  • Maintain proper temperature and ventilation during the installation and curing process, following any instructions we provide.
  • Avoid walking, driving, or placing items on the floor until we confirm that the surface has cured and is ready for use.

You are responsible for protecting adjacent areas (such as walls, trim, landscaping, and personal property) not included in the scope of work. While we take reasonable care, some dust, noise, and odor are unavoidable during surface preparation and installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESIN FLOORING EXPERTS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you paid to Resin Flooring Experts LLC for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable Colorado consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

9. SMS and Email Communications

By providing explicit written consent through our website forms or other approved opt-in methods, you agree to receive SMS and email communications from Resin Flooring Experts LLC related to estimates, scheduling, project updates, and service information.

Message frequency may vary based on the stage of your project and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Age Requirement:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado for resolution of any legal action relating to these Terms & Conditions or our services.
